Art started in the Real Estate Business at the age of 30. That was the same year he and Irene were married . Now, 40 years later Art and Irene have three beautiful grown and married daughters and eight fantastic grandchildren. Family first, then Real Estate is Art’s motto. During those same 40 years Art took his job as a REALTOR and turned it into a very successful and distinguished career. In 1975 with four years real estate experience Art took 90 hours of broker preparation classes, passed the State licensing exam and obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License.  In 1979, Art took another 90 hours of classroom instruction, passed the class exam and obtained his Graduated REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, conferred by the National Association of REALTORS is presented to REALTORS® who have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate. The program's focus is on practical real estate training. GRI is the symbol of the Graduate Realtors Institute professional designation series. The symbol is recognized nation wide. It shows clients that the holder has a solid grasp of real estate fundamentals. The program is the foundation for the national Association of Realtors (NAR) real estate advancement program.                         The following year, Art continued his education by taking the required classes to obtain                                                                the Certified Residential Specialists designation.  A designation held by only 5% of all REALTORS. That’s because just one in 20 has the extensive experience, the unique commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary to call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist. A rare combination of experience and education makes a Certified Residential Specialist more than just another real estate agent. But it's the ability of this professional to make a real difference in the purchase or sale of your home that makes Certified Residential Specialists among the best in the business. Discover for yourself how enjoyable and successful, a real estate experience can be when Art is working for you. Art also earned the Society of Distinguished Real Estate Professionals (SODREP) designation in 1991. In 1992, Art furthered his Real Estate education and knowledge by taking the required classes, passing another State exam and acquiring the hours of field experience necessary to become a State Licensed Appraiser of Residential Property. Over his 40 years Real Estate career, Art has also won many sales rewards. Art’s successful Real Estate career has been built by treating everyone with respect and honesty.
